I devoured this book because it's THAT great! I stayed up until 2 a.m. trying to finish it because I just HAD to know what was going to happen next. I joined team F Andy from the beginning, as I did not like him one single bit. I felt bad for both Hadley and Naomi for falling for that piece of work. Now Connor - man oh man! What a dreamboat! I adored him from the very first message that was exchanged to the very end of the book. He's just perfect. Be sure to read content warnings, as this does have some strong material that may be triggering for some.

I preface this by saying to PLEASE read the trigger warnings and be sure to take care of your own mental health. This story gave me so much. What do you do when your husband, who is your high school sweetheart, decides to ask you for an open marriage? I know what I would lol. You watch Hadley, who is so much in love with her husband, crumble when he throws their marriage away for not being "sexual" enough for him (GAG!). However, thanks to her best friends she's push to get out of her funk and meets CONNOR. #swoon Talk about a sexy Irish silver fox with a heart of gold! Ugh after everything she went through she DESERVED HIM. There is a lot more to this story ; prepare for a mountain of a roller coaster but I am so happy that in the end there is a HEA and the fact that Hadley HEALS herself instead of depending on a man to help her do it. She was adult enough t to say no I need to make sure I'm 100%

OMG!!! Did I really just read that book nonstop, yes I did. I could not put it down and it just flow by. The ending came out of nowhere. Oh, here is your warning that it ends on a massive cliffhanger. Also, please check your trigger warnings. No, this is not a dark book but it does have some dark topics talked about. Up until the shocking cliffhanger this was looking to be a HEA, and I’m hoping it stays that way with book 2. The FMC has had a lot of loss in her life, in the form of the people she loved leaving her. It’s been six years since she closed her heart, but also just as long that he has been her rock. The MMC has wanted her from the moment he meet her six years ago. He had become her best friend, but he wants more. No woman has had his interest since her. Can he find the courage to ask her for more? Can she find the strength to open her heart again? Now, through in friends and family and work, you get a crazy ride. The spice is on point with these two. The flirting through out is amazing. The smutty moments few but mighty. The way the FMC and MMC behave together the whole time just adds to the heat.

This is once again a good one from L.Cara. There are some triggering subjects in this book, so I would advise checking the t.w. Clay & Pickles story starts in college after she goes thru a heart break, and it just absolutely progresses from there. I absolutely love their characters! What i could've done without..was that dang cliff hanger man!! Ughh!! How can you leave a book like that 😭. Now imma sit over here wondering and trying to play out every scenario in my head over that last scene!!

I absolutely adored the story in the first book and this one did not disappoint. It also brought out emotions and feeling and drew you in from the beginning and kept you captured till the very end. I could not put this down from the moment I picked it up, I just knew I needed to finish it in one sitting and I definitely did that. This was such a great depiction of the brother's bestfriend trope and it was so steamy!! 🥵 The scenes between Ryan and Greyson were *chef's kiss* 🥵😉 I truly didn't know where this book was going and when it got to the darker scenes, I was definitely shocked but I'm glad the characters got the happy ending that they deserved! This was so good and I can't wait for the next story because this world it written so beautifully and in such a powerful way that they leave long lasting effects on you when you've long put them down. Please, please, please, read the trigger warnings before this as your mental health is important!

Pickles story continues and boy does it get spicy!! Please read the triggers as this book is not for everyone. But if the warnings tunes you in then get to reading!!! At first I was not expecting the story line to go the way it was, but when the title was released my thoughts were flipped. Clay is AMAZING as we all know. The communication and love he has for Kat is wanting. He encouraged Kat to go out and heal her past with Anya. Even invited her into their home to be with Kat if thats what she decided. But no matter what she chose she was always going to be his. I never did think he would come around to liking Anya but that was soon proven wrong. Woooo! Things get steamy between Magic Mike, Little Bunny, and Pickle! I loved Pickle from the very beginning of this series, but she needed this ending. She needed to heal. In more ways than what happened between her and Anya. And the way she became dominant, good golly!! Before this book I found Anya to be rotten and cold hearted. I never thought I would sympathize with her. Her story broke me. Still didn’t give her the right to walk away the way she did because she was scared.

Wow! This book was full of explicit scenes! I mean, it’s every few pages and I was so in love with it and on cloud 9. It was just amazing how they can be so full of naughtiness. I want my own Clay, he is just perfection. He is caring and kind. Who wouldn’t want someone like that. To top it off, he got 2 for 1. I was so invested in the book i didn’t realize it was past midnight. Gosh, this book had me reading to the end. Just the way it was written and the descriptions were just so engaging. When you think you might not get the story, you definitely do and its such a rewarding scene that had me get all giddy. At first i was like “noo, i need the story” and well i got it right after. Such a great book! In love with it.
